During my women’s health coaching sessions we are diving deeper into the cyclical, and holistic way of living aligned to your unique body type, Ayurvedic Dosha, menstrual cycle, moon and the nature around you. We live in a society that forces us into a system where we are taught to ignore our body and ignore our cycles.
But what if I told you that learning to flow with your unique body and its seasons, instead of force, can support you in decreasing from pain and discomfort? What if attuning yourself to your internal rhythms would make you more productive, more clear and show up with more meaning in your life? What if the linear path and the version of success we’ve been sold is a lie?
Our body does not lie. But many of us don’t know how to listen to its messages.
We will journey towards healing through Nutritional Therapy, Seasonal Nutrition, Ayurveda, Self Healing, Cyclical Living, Plant Medicine, Hormonal Health & Balance, and Rituals, to find your vitality.
We will look into your lifestyle and recalibrate how you can live a more balanced and fulfilling life aligned to your ideal health and purpose here on earth. I will recommend you therapeutic yoga practises, embodiment rituals, transformative meditation techniques, breathing practises, herbal allies, natural supplements and nourishing diet to support your life towards more balanced and fullest self.

This consultation is 60-75 minutes in total in which I will take a thorough case history in order to explore the underlying cause of your complaints. I will investigate your medical history, family history, diet & lifestyle factors. I will develop an individualised treatment plan for you with specific diet and lifestyle advice and supplements/herbal medicine if required.

I specialise in women’s yoga, embodied movement, fertility yoga, energy healing, pregnancy- and post natal training. I take clients from my home studio in Primrose Hill, I also do client visits upon request.
What is Women’s Yoga:
Did you know that yoga was created over 5000 years ago by men for men’s bodies, bone structure and male pelvis. That means that some of times yoga practise can bring more harm than good for you. For that reason I trained in Women’s Health and Yoga for women’s bodies to support our unique structure, cycles and hormonal shifts. When you start practising cyclically, you will naturally start to balance your mind, body, hormones and energetic shifts over the month.
We have 4 seasons in our menstruation cycle:
Inner Spring (Follicular Phase)
Inner Summer (Ovulatory Phase)
Inner Fall (Luteal Phase)
Inner Winter (Menstrual Phase)
During each phase we practise differently to support our digestion, skin health, periods, mood, creativity, sleep, circulation, nervous system and energy levels. When you start practising cyclical yoga- you will not only feel amazing after your practise, but you will also build a better understanding to self and to your own body’s needs and messages to optimise healing.
If you aren’t menstruating or you are currently on the pill, we can connect to the moon cycles to support the eb and flow of your movement, hormonal, emotional and energetic shift over the month.
My sessions are inspired of many alternative healing modalities, such as moon cycle yoga, acupressure, reflexology, earth elements (earth, air, fire, water), sound healing, yin yoga, embodiment, somatic movement and restorative yoga. I also use guided meditation techniques, such as yoga nidra and essential oils to use all of our sensory experiences in the most supporting way possible.
