Your Mother’s Blessing is entirely personalised. We co-create the experience so it reflects you—your story, your relationships, and your wishes. This may include rituals, gentle movement or yoga, creative elements like belly painting, herbal offerings, or shared food. These sessions are designed to support you through pregnancy and the postpartum window with gentle, intuitive movement that nurtures both body and mind.

In our work together, we focus on creating a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel supported in your changing body. Sessions may include breathwork, mobility, strengthening, and restorative practices—helping you build awareness, release tension, and feel more at home within yourself.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you are preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, or simply seeking a moment of grounding and connection.

I also offer weekly group classes in North London, creating a supportive space to move and connect with other mothers. For a more personalised experience, private 1:1 sessions are available in your home across London.
