9.30-11am Energizing morning with Flow Yoga and Meditation with Anna Henrika.
Anna is a multi-style certified yoga teacher and holistic health coach. She helps clients to embrace themselves as a whole; respecting the mind and the body equally. Being passionate about different styles of training, her sessions are inspired by power, flow and meditation; ensuring that students feel inspired, energized and motivated on their journey to a healthier, happier and self-loving life.
11-12.30pm Delicious brunch feast, made by talented Nicole.
Nicole serves fresh, healthy and delicious food that is bursting with flavour and goodness. For brunch, we have a selection of fresh juices, assortment of coffees and teas. We offer selection of delicious whole foods, such as Quinoa and sweet potato bowl with miso, tahini broccoli and promegranade, Spiced poached plums and peaches with coconut yoghurt and nut butter, and delicious banana bread. Everyone will leave our pop up feeling satisfied, nourished and energised.
