This 90-minute online consultation is a safe, nurturing space dedicated to intentionally visualising and preparing for a nourished postpartum journey. Together, we will explore how to gather your postpartum village, support your baby bubble, and set clear, loving boundaries.

We will also cover which foods, elixirs, and rituals best support the postpartum body—helping to rekindle digestion, support lactation and hormonal balance, and promote calm, settled babies. The intention is for you to feel deeply rested, supported, and held as you enter this sacred season.

This session is an investment in filling your own cup during the first 40 days, supporting your body, mind, and soul as you transition into motherhood.

1:1 postpartum doula Support

Perfect for: Pregnant mothers intentionally planning their postpartum journey, or new mothers already in their postpartum season who desire nourishing, in Person support after birth.

This offering is available as 4, 6, or 8 weeks of personalised 1:1 postpartum doula care. Each option is designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you are seeking foundational support in the early weeks or deeper, sustained care as your body, mind, and nervous system recover and recalibrate.

All packages include a complimentary “Plan Your First 40 Days” postpartum planning session, where we intentionally prepare for a nourished and supported fourth trimester.

Pre & Postnatal Yoga

A gentle, supportive yoga offering for pregnancy and the tender months after birth — created to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel supported through the transitions of motherhood.

These pre- and postnatal yoga sessions are fully personalised to honour the changing needs of your body during pregnancy and postpartum. Rooted in mindful movement, breath, and nervous system regulation, each session offers a gentle space to soften, strengthen, and return home to yourself. Movement is intuitive and supportive, preparing the body for birth and supporting a slow, conscious reconnection after birth. Every session closes with guided meditation and sound healing, inviting deep rest and integration.
